Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Source, populate and maintain qualitative – and where appropriate quantitative – content in the content management database, RocketDocs 2.0 (RD2).
- Create and improve current content, including liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ascertain accurate and high quality content, as well as identifying and addressing knowledge gaps within the database.
- Establish global content management and data handling processes and procedures, including adding new content, editing and updating existing content, and establishing and maintaining periodic review schedules for updating and archiving content.
- Oversee process improvement and governance of the database framework and content including the identification of opportunities to adopt RD2 advanced features.
- Work in close collaboration with RFP teams globally to ensure the database continues to meet their needs and is updated in line with the to-be-established procedures for content management and to ensure relevant content is available for affiliated institutional businesses in the United States and Canada.
- Establish best practices in terms of structure and format of content and enable the adoption of the advanced features of RD2.
- Ensure all content is in line with relevant brand standards and style guides.
- Be the main point of contact and escalation point for database users and other stakeholders and facilitate connectivity to RD2 by stakeholders in various business areas globally.
Experience and Attributes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and editing skills, combined with an ability to work well within a team and with others throughout the global organisation.
- Demonstrates authority and conviction to uphold standards, as well as strong project management and process management skills and is able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively with a high level of activity in the face of changing priorities; demonstrate commercial awareness and a solutions-oriented outlook; and prioritise workload and escalate appropriately.
- Prior experience of working with 3rd parties, with geographically dispersed teams and across time zones strongly desirable.
- Educated to degree level, with an advanced knowledge and understanding of investment industry products and practices, and ideally of the Firms' products, guidelines, procedures and processes.
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and a commitment to consistently delivering a high standard of service to colleagues and clients.
- Able to work well under pressure and to influence and persuade at a high level both internally and externally, making appropriate decisions and recommendations when presented with new and changing situations.
