The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Account Manager to join our team in the North West managing a panel of around 60 Intermediary Firms. This is a well-established panel with high volume APE written on a consistent basis. In this role you will deliver on sales revenue targets for the region and ensure all activities remain compliant with policy, legislation and risk appetite.

You will have:
  • Experience in the Financial Advice sector and understanding of the Intermediary Market
  • Successful track record of delivery in Intermediaries Sales in a regulated environment
  • Relevant professional qualification or working towards (Chartered Financial Planner - Diploma in Financial Planning)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships easily
  • Working knowledge of industry best practice, good network/links with external bodies and individuals in the same field
  • Understanding of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice
  • Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors
  • Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
