Role:
What does Great look like?

A successful business readiness and change manager at PA Consulting will typically have:

• Have three years experience in a similar role on SAP projects and programmes
• Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP Cloud solution functionalities
• Can demonstrate their ability to lead a diverse team with varied roles and skills
• Can demonstrate strong communication (written/verbal), leadership & stakeholder management skills are essential
• Experienced at negotiating, influencing and collaborating with C-suite to drive business priorities
• Experience using organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies
• Prior experience driving change across large business projects
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and work effectively with a broad cross section of functional areas
• Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with senior business leaders across various departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver measurable results
• Able to operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Demonstrates sound business judgment and is supportive of Company's mission, values and objectives

• Experience of SAP products in one or more of the following areas:
o Procurement
o Finance and HR solutions
o Asset Management
o CRM
o Billing

• Working SAP product knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
o SAP S/4 HANA
o SAP BW/4 HANA
o SAP MDG/MDM
o SAP Cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Business ByDesign)
o SAP Cloud Hosting (AWS, Azur, Google etc.)

Job Requirements
This role is critical in bridging the gap between the business and the latest technologies that clients are adopting.
We are looking for talented individuals who are capable of:
• Examining existing processes and evaluating them within the context of organisational goals and technology roadmaps
• Management of operational readiness teams /resources to successfully support the delivery of large transformational projects
• Creating and fostering a culture, across the business, focused on continuous improvement and operational readiness
• Collaborating with other departments to develop, improve and implement process, policies and procedures to drive synergies and business benefit
• Clearly articulate emerging issues with senior management and get buy in for solutions as required (e.g. additional resources/budget, change in priorities/scope, process change)
• Keeping informed on pending industry changes, trends and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organisational process
• Maintaining a high degree of creditability, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust across the team & business

Requirements:
• Experience in a similar role on SAP projects and programmes.
• Able to operate as senior Business Readiness and Change Manager overseeing and shaping the work of a team of Business Readiness and Change Managers on a project or programme
• Working SAP product knowledge in two or more of the following areas:
o Procurement
o Finance and HR solutions
o Asset Management
o CRM
o Billing
• Working SAP product knowledge in two or more of the following areas:
o SAP S/4 HANA
o SAP BW/4 HANA
o SAP MDG/MDM
o SAP Cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Business ByDesign)
o SAP Cloud Hosting (AWS, Azur, Google etc.)
