The organisation has been rolling out Salesforce globally which will involve migrating data from multiple data sources ranging from existing CRMs to spreadsheets. A Salesforce Administrator is required to support the newly implemented Salesforce CRM. You will be involved in front end configuration, managed user accounts and system permissions as well as develop and maintain system reports and dashboards. There will also be a requirement to provide training to business users moving forward as the role progresses.
