We support the marketing activities across all of IG's global offices, and it is expected that you would work closely with stakeholders across these locations. The development team are based in the UK and Poland but often work remotely, however we're hoping to find someone who's comfortable working from the London office most of the week.

As a team lead you'll also get the opportunity to work closely with different teams and departments across the business.

What you'll do

The role will involve working closely with our Marketing Department, to design and implement technology solutions that will drive client acquisition, engagement and retention.
This role will oversee a team responsible for the technology/development of our Website, Client platform, CRM, and Digital Marketing capabilities.

Who you'll be

We're looking for someone who has extensive experience of working with a range of marketing technologies and designing solutions which help drive marketing performance.

Excellent communications skills are a must, who can work closely with Marketing and IT Dev, and naturally see the connections between the two.

Familiar with integrating 3rd party marketing solutions

Have experience of building marketing technology ecosystems

(Have experience of using data to stitch together disparate technology solutions)

Will have exposure to the use of machine learning algorithms to automate marketing strategies

Familiar with the use of A/B testing to validate hypothesise

You'll also be familiar with agile principles including scrum and understand the value of incremental delivery.
