Our client, a global private equity fund are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager into their London team. The fund which has a portfolio global investments are currently going through a scale up phase - making it a busy and exciting time to join! As the Talent Acquisition Manager you would immediately be afforded the responsibility and autonomy to lead the funds growth from a people perspective. Within the role, you would be leading on all global hiring, along with a number of internal strategies and projects including; D&I, systems implementation and recruitment best practice.
This is a newly created role within the organisation that you will help mould and develop. It is a fantastic opportunity for a talent acquisition or recruitment professional with experience within the investment / asset management space to really make an impact and become and integral member of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage an effective resourcing / talent strategy across the business
- Support hiring managers in recruitment best practice
- Identify opportunities and implement cost effective resourcing strategies
- Establish and manage relationships with external search firms / recruitment agencies
- Develop strategies to enhance employer branding
- Develop and maintain a recruitment tracking system
- Design and develop D&I hiring practices
- Identify and develop talent management programmes and policies across the business
PROFILE - Talent acquisition or recruitment experience within the investment space
- Knowledge or experience within the private equity space would be advantageous
- Experience of recruiting across a global platform
- Previous experience of process and procedure implementation and improvement
