You'll be responsible for providing services to the whole department. This will be a varied and challenging role that requires an exceptionally organised, practical and proactive individual to provide professional, administrative and project support to the department

You'll be based at our HQ in the City of London which was only completed in 2018 so is still very new. It's been designed with accessibility and collaboration in mind so there are many different working areas.
We're part of Workplace Services, the team that provides Facilities, Estates Management, Utilities, Sustainability, Travel and Physical security services internally to Schroders.

What you'll do
• Arrange meetings as requested • Collate data and produce reports / presentations • Calendar and diary management for Global Head of Workplace Services • Completion of Expenses for Senior members of the department • Arranging travel and booking accommodation • Providing general administrative support for the Workplace Services team • Liaising with client and colleagues • Intranet updates & management • Preparing and arranging for various documentations to be signed via Docusign • Assist Head of Group Physical Security with Admin jobs • Admin eMail Inbox monitoring • IT - MyAccess & Techlink Requests • Mail Distribution • Stationery Orders • To be flexible with varying workload, changes in priorities and the requirements of the team
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
• The role requires a highly self-motivated, dedicated and practical person who possesses a broad range of people and organisational skills • Relevant experience for the anticipated tasks • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, including PowerPoint • Excellent computer skills, you will be required to quickly learn systems used internally such as DocuSign and Imanage • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with a wide range of people • Confident self-starter, able to work proactively, think ahead and multi-task • Exceptional organisational skills and 'can-do' attitude • Equivalent/relevant experience • Attention to detail and pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making skills • The ability to work autonomously
