Your team
You will be part of the Group Treasury Technology organisation, sitting within Risk Analytics IT team that is responsible for
• providing the systems needed by the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Firmwide Risk to manage Credit Risk exposure of its global Front Office trading functions
• providing the systems that ensure the Bank's compliance to various regulatory requirements

Your expertise
• working knowledge of the Counterparty Risk Management domain
• at least 5 years of experience in Business and Systems Analysis, preferably in the Credit Risk domain
• SQL skills and ability to run moderately complex queries and conduct data analysis
• experience in writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog etc.
• first-hand experience in creating functional / business requirement specifications
• experience applying systems analysis techniques
• the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions (you know what they really want)
• working knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban)
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and other Microsoft office tools
• excellent communication, organization, coordination and follow up skills
• strong methodological skills, data modelling experience and application of related techniques
• Understanding of dev ops tools and engineering practices, CI/CD pipeline and test automation
• previous work experience on the migration of applications and data from on premise environment to public or private cloud environments will be an added advantage
• passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
• technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
• curious to understand business needs and processes end-to-end
• tenacious to find best possible solutions
• adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
• fluent in English
