Due to the surge in activity in the market Black Swan Group are looking to hire a number of recruiters into their central London office.

All Trainee Recruitment Consultants joining Black Swan Group receive one to one and group training through the Black Swan Group Graduate Training Scheme, as well as support from Management and Directors; well-known industry leaders, before being integrated into one of our top performing recruitment divisions armed with all the tools to become a top biller in your second year.

We operate a true meritocracy with promotion, internal progression and international opportunities available to all staff members at all levels.   Black Swan Group launched in May 2010 with 3 Directors opening Operations and Compliance Recruitment desks.  The Group has grown to open offices in London, Singapore (2014), Sydney (2016), Hong Kong (2017) and New York (2019) focusing on Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Change Management recruitment.  With a projected turnover of c.GBP7mil in 2021, the Black Swan Group is a global specialist in governance recruitment. We are currently looking to recruit 2 Trainee Consultants in London to join the training and development plan that many others have successfully passed before you.

You will be trained on:-

  • Headhunting and sourcing of candidates through various means
  • Providing innovative ideas on candidate searching, tracking and database cleansing.
  • Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing /preparing them thoroughly for interview
  • Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications
  • Pre-screen candidates for suitability and conduct interviews
  • Gain job opening info’ and candidate referrals
  • Coding candidates on to the CRM
  • Gathering info’ on clients –interview process, number of employees, turnover, USPs, benefits of joining the business etc
  • Provide benchmark consultancy for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity

At the end of the training, you will be involved in all aspects of recruitment, from making cold calls to working big accounts, from candidate inception to 360 degree deal completion. 

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:-

  • Ideally a graduate with an interest in Financial Markets or with previous proven sales experience.
  • A competitive and tenacious attitude to work.
  • A team player with the ability to work on an individual basis when the need arises.
  • Driven and positive in their actions, able to deliver high calibre results within tight timelines.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
