As part of Grant Thornton's Special Projects team, you will be a key member of the firm's fastest-growing business unit. Special Projects was originally set up to solve problems within our client's finance departments and now provides a range of non-audit assurance, training and consulting services to help clients grow their businesses.
In this role you will be a key part of the Special Projects team focusing on the financial consulting part of the team. You will work closely with the Practice Partner to deliver projects for clients and help with the overall business development for the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to capitalize on their relationship management and accounting skills, and who is looking to deliver a 360 service to a range of clients. Who we're looking for:
- Individuals with good communication skills and the desire to help clients solve a range of technical issues.
- Ideally you will have experience gained in a Practice environment with experience delivering Accounting or non-audit projects.
- You will also need to demonstrate strong Relationship-Management skills, any Business Development Skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
You will ideally hold a professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA) and have a good knowledge of technical accounting standards. What can we offer?
