Overall Purpose of the Post:
As a Senior Business Analyst (Migrations) you will be a migration expert. You will be responsible for working in partnership with new clients to lead their migrations on to the new platform.
You will be client-facing, working closely with their operational and IT teams to define appropriate migration strategies. You will be their main point of contact, supporting them with aspects of the data migration.
As the bridge between the internal technical team and the client you will be responsible for ensuring that migration tooling meets client requirements and is fit for purpose across different migration projects.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and on the client side. Therefore, you will need to be confident with high level interactions, with demonstratable experience of operating at a senior level.
Responsibilities

You will have successfully delivered large-scale migrations and subsequently have detailed knowledge, understanding the potential pitfalls. You will also need to have the ability to coach clients and internal teams.
You will love client contact and have experience of building credible relationships with clients over time, delivering first-class solutions to your customers.
