A globally renowned financial services company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to spearhead their business development efforts across the UK and Europe. This team is looking for an intelligent and passionate sales individual with a hunting and closing mentality to develop strategic business opportunities across a variety of industries for their Mass Payments solution.
- Work with the fast growing commercial team to generate new business and expand client base within the UK and Europe
- Sell Mass Payments solutions to large enterprise and corporate companies through cold calling, networking etc.
- Drive the entire sales process and act as the main point of contact for clients from initiation to close.
- Meet assigned monthly & annual sales quotas
- Prepare thorough presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts.
- Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends.
- Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information.
- 7+ years of Business Development or Sales experience within the Payments industry
- Solid network of potential prospects and partners
- A clear results driven approach, proven track record driving sales and exceeding targets
- Tech-savvy, with a passion for Technology and Payments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build strong client relationships
- Fluent in English, any additional language appreciated
