What the Hiring Manager Says

“This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team within Investment Services.
Given the variety of work streams and tasks within the team, I can usually tailor the role to suit people’s skill sets and deliverables.
This role generates valuable insight into the fund manager industry, working with many functions across Quilter and externally.
There is a lot of support within the team and on the job, training will take place over several months. The role requires excellent attention to detail skills and the ability to manage own workloads is key. A person with the confidence to eventually complete tasks on their own, identify issues and show initiative would be well suited to the role.
The interview process will be in the form of a competency-based interview with myself”.
Suzannah Edwards, Fund Relationships Manager
