At least 2 years’ experience in compliance in a retail financial services environment
Working knowledge of AML and Financial Promotions policies and procedures
Understanding of DP and GDPR
Experience in undertaking Compliance monitoring programmes/reviews
Knowledge and a good understanding of PRA/FCA rules and guidance
Experience in liaising effectively with the regulator and third parties
Ideally, you will have
MLRO/Deputy MLRO experience
Experience in a small bank, building society, large credit union or community bank
Minute taking experience
Experience of operational risk frameworks and an understanding of the key risks and controls that exist in the principal operational areas of a small financial services firm
