Description

  • Manage Fund's brokerage account opening and maintenance
  • Interface with Fund Administrator on outsourced services Coordinate with different functional areas including Technology, Front Office, Compliance, and Settlements to implement process, system, and product changes
  • Act as middle office stakeholder for business, control, and regulatory implementation agendas
  • Provide Investor, Advisor, and Client Service support to resolve ad hoc queries pertaining to order submission, order routing, order execution management
  • Monitor order/trade break and fail management reconciliation reports to reduce business risk
  • Document procedures and process flows, and ensure they are kept accurate
  • Maintain equity research access and brokerage commission settlement
  • Manage company's cash flow
  • Manage company's fee expenditure, and keep supporting document
  • Manage company's quarterly and annual financial report
  • Manage company's annual tax filing
  • Assist deal team and on Ad hoc projects

Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance, CPA a must Working experiences:
  • 4-6 years' working experience on accounting, audit and finance is a must
  • 1-2 years' working experience as a Fund's financial associate, or 1-2 years' working experience as an auditor in Big Four is highly preferred Others:
  • Legally work in the US (either green card holder or US citizen) is a must
  • Written and spoken bilingual ability (Mandarin/English), highly preferred
  • Highly credible, Project driven, detail oriented, independent, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to get things done
