We are seeking a SeniorSystems Engineer with at least 5+ years of experience. For this role, we arelooking for an individual who can research and implement complex projects, makerecommendations on improvements to current technologies and use of newtechnology solutions, resolve escalated Service Desk issues, advise ServiceDesk and junior engineers to resolutions, and maintain and oversee thetechnology of their assigned areas.What you will do:
Manage Email Systems - Proofpointemail relays, spam/virus protection, DLP, and email firewall rules. ExchangeOnline organization/mailbox management transport rules, message trace,eDiscovery, and overall investigation of email issues.
Identity Management supportmulti-domain Active Directory environments, with SSO, App Gateway and MFA.Experience in Idaptive (formerly Centrify) a plus.
Work escalated support issuesrelated to Microsoft Office 365/Exchange Online, Proofpoint, Idaptive andoverall identity management.
Utilize PowerShell to automate tasksand generate reports from Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
Create/maintain documentation onemail systems, Active Directory environments, Proofpoint, Idaptive and otherapplicable systems/processes.
Participate in the change controlprocess by submitting change requests in a timely manner, providing a thoroughexplanation of the change needed, how it will be implemented, and a plan forroll-back.
Participate in annual audits byproviding information on systems and user accounts as requested.
Communicate with internal and external customers in a concise and timelymanner.
Be available to assist in othertechnology areas as needed.
Qualifiedcandidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similarrole.

Office365 to include: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business
Experiencein Idaptive (formerly Centrify) a plus.
