The Desktop Technician, End-User Support will respond to level-two work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair. You will support Windows and Mac OS workstations, and various smart mobile devices. You will modify systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications, and assist in the integration of new hardware configurations as well as provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
For this important role, we'll need you to have a Bachelor's degree and some intern experience, or if no degree, some professional experience. A strong understanding of the troubleshooting process on both Windows and Mac OS will be required, and an excellent customer-oriented attitude. Join us, and let's move money for better
