Job Summary:
This firm is seeking a highly motivated investment banking professional with 1-3 years of experience, ideally with a background in M&A advisory. The role requires strong technical skills, hands-on deal exposure, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of assignments, including business development, capital raising (equity and debt), M&A transactions, and other strategic advisory engagements
* Prepare high-quality materials such as pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models
* Conduct financial analysis and valuation work, build and maintain financial models, and support due diligence processes
* Work closely with senior bankers and Associates to execute transactions and manage project timelines
* Participate in client meetings and support communication with executive teams throughout deal processes
* Assist in outreach efforts during marketing phases, including interaction with private equity firms, lenders, and strategic acquirers
Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of experience in investment banking, TAS, FDD, FP&A, or Private Equity
* Strong analytical and accounting skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license preferred
