Job Description

Individual Accountabilities

•Own the Technology Policies, IT Risk and Controls Standards
•Own Technology Risk Metrics, reporting and risk position conclusions for all technology risks to senior leadership, including CIO level operational risk reporting and executive committee risk reporting.
•Own the Technology Regulatory Change Management Program.
•Manage technology regulatory examinations and requests for information for technology and cyber (coordination, data collection, status reporting)
•Ownership and execution of the issues, audit and regulatory governance and oversight structure to report on results of segment regulatory and audit activities
•Ownership and execution of a governance and oversight structure to report on the results of technology segment ORM programs
•Responsible for executing technology and cyber risk management activities which include enterprise RCSA, enterprise policy compliance program, Basel AMA, asset/process risk assessments, top and emerging risks
•Responsible for executing Enterprise Protect technology control activities
•Drive transformational change & a culture of innovation & agility within TD's security capabilities and broader technology defence-in-depth strategies
•Provide thought leadership with regards to technology risk and Cyber trends and their impact on the Enterprise and line of business
•Consistently deliver on productivity and service targets
•Provide executive risk dimension and positioning for CIO and Operating Level (SET) committees as well as other corporate governance

Key Shared Accountabilities

•Meet LoB regulatory and risk expectations in partnership with Risk, COLA and Regulatory organizations
•Support regulatory, audit, risk oversight with key collaborative leadership from Audit, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and segment CIOs.
•Represent TD TS externally with Regulators worldwide in conjunction with segment CIO, risk and findings oversight teams.
