The 55-acre site will also include multiple dining areas, a separate social venue and numerous fitness and recreational amenities to support the firm's focus on health and well-being.

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance & Accounting to join our KPMG Lakehouse organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administration of planned, forecasted and actual chargebacks to the Functions and Attendee profit centers
  • Prepare Lakehouse departmental forecasts and plans
  • Arrange financial models for the business case updates
  • Obtain data required to produce and consistently report on Lakehouse metrics
  • Analyze variances compared to plan and actual results & review 3rd party invoicing for contract compliance
  • Oversee requirements for tracking KPMG Tax incentives and capital expenditure for purposes of the cost segregation requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of progressive finance and accounting experience; preferably from a professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university; Master's degree is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as SAP and Hyperion
  • Excellent time management, planning and communication skills
  • Experience developing budgets, forecasts, capital plans and ad-hoc analysis
