KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Management Coordinator to join our Finance & Accounting organization.


  • Provide daily engagement management support related to engagement partners and managing directors, including financial analysis, risk management, engagement set-up, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Analyze investments and perform valuation analysis related to current engagements and new opportunities
  • Provide technical support and guidance for the firm's engagement accounting and risk management systems, policies and processes
  • Deliver quality control, review, and resolution of issues pertaining to internal financial transaction processing and accounts receivable application
  • Liaise with offshore, finance and risk management teams
  • Participate in ongoing system enhancements and training


  • Minimum one year of experience working in Project Accounting, Finance or related field within a professional services environment
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field from an accredited college/university is required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field is preferred
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Experience in SAP or other financial and accounting applications is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to work cross-functionally with people at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; proactive in day-to day interactions as well as in formulating solutions to problems
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
