A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

The Senior Auditor is primarily responsible forplanning, executing and reporting on operational, financial and regulatoryrelated audits in accordance with the annual audit plan. In addition, theSenior Auditor will perform special projects, assist in the annual internalaudit planning process,  and buildrelationships within the business.

PrimaryAccountabilities

  • Risk-based Audit Planning that is focused onprotecting and enhancing the value of the businesses of Computershare (CPU) andCPUs clients.

  • Deliver high quality, well controlled,independent and objective Audit Execution, supported by comprehensive auditfiles.

  • Effective Audit Program Management to ensurethe timely delivery of audit plans and mitigation of delivery obstacles.

  • Communicate effectively and confidently throughoutthe Computershare US business lines with regional business heads and linemanagement.

  • Manage compliance with Computershares (CPU)global policies, procedures and processes, including CPU Internal Auditmethodology.

  • Be a supporter of change, includingidentifying enhancement opportunities and challenging the status quo, toimprove the operation of the CPU Internal Audit function.

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned bymanagement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Educationand Experience

Required
  • Bachelors degree from a university orfour-year college.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning andexecuting operational, risk-based and compliance audit engagements.

  • Knowledge and proficiency in risk managementprinciples and processes.

Preferred
  • Financial services industry audit experiencepreferred.

  • A professional audit, accounting or businessqualification (CIA, CISA, CRMA, CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) or a combination thereof.

LanguageAbility

Ability to read/comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence;effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization

MathematicalAbility

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbersand to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money andweight measurement, volume, and distance.
