Job Summary:

In this role you will support tower lead with meeting preparation, manage project inventory, support budget admin on preparing reports. You will prepare weekly and monthly lifecycle reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Excel and Access reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures to support reports.
  • Complete data analysis of various lifecycle sources: CMDB, Argis, Asset, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Banking/Finance or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of reference data or entity data experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CMDB (specifically ServiceNow)
  • Candidate must be expert with the standard MS Office suite of applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and must also be fluent with MS Access
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential and ability to prioritize to meet established service level agreements
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of internet search methodology and procedures
