RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Multiple positions available. Responsible for end-to-end management of the production processing for Liquidity and Collateral operations. Senior stakeholder management within both the technology division and the business areas aligned to Liquidity and Collateral operations. Conduct in-depth analysis of business functions and application flows supporting the specific business function and leverage the results to assess business impact during technology incidents and take or direct specific mitigating actions to prevent significant business impact. Oversee various aspects of production management, including, workflow and tools used, industry best practices around technology exceptions management, user support, incident management, problem management, change management, event management, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), crisis management, and communication and escalation protocols. Analyze complex situations and make decisions based on limited set of information to limit or eliminate the risk to the business. Ensure the production plant runs every day and transform the management of the production plant for that specific business area. Responsible for communicating to various stakeholders ranging from senior technologists to senior business leaders.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have ten (10) years of experience with: Investment banking production support in the area of Collateral, Margin and Risk, including managing global systems and providing support to global user base; Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL), especially in incident/problem/change and management processes; The full software development lifecycle in a team lead role, including leading transformational programs with emphasis on automation and technically hands-on and architectural experience; Implementing and supporting Big Data/Data Analytics solutions utilizing scripting languages; Managing relationships with senior business stakeholders; and Conducting business systems analysis related to Liquidity and Collateral operations, including collateral, margin, and Client Onboarding documentation.
