RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Serve as Technical Product Manager for the Firm's Compliance Strategic Workstation platform. Lead development and design of applications to support various business areas, including Compliance, Human Capital Management, Conflicts Resolution & Enterprise Risk Management, and Services organization. Oversee the technical, functional and UX development of Compliance Workstation platform. Responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the platform. Facilitate estimation and planning at the team or program level. Assist in creating useful, reliable and practical forecasts for delivery sprints and releases. Represent the team and program to senior management, stakeholders and sponsors. Coordinate the development tasks between the Product Development and UX Engineering team. Coach more junior Scrum Masters. Shield the team from outside distractions, context switching and interference. Drive the technical architecture and design of the Workstation platform. Define and manage the strategic vision and roadmaps for the functional delivery of the product. Act as Scrum Master and lead/coach People Technology organization in its Scrum adoption. Conduct market research to ensure strategic technology products are leveraged. Engage in stakeholder discussions with the Firm's global business counterparts to ensure requirements are effectively represented in sprint planning exercises. Work with and lead developers as part of a global development function spanning multiple geographic time zones. Must be willing to work with proprietary technologies. No knowledge of proprietary technologies is required pre-hire.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: Software Product Management; Scaled Agile (including SAFe and LESS) in a hands-on leadership role (such as Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager) in other approaches in the Agile space, such as Kanban or Lean and with widely successful Agile techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games; applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, including experience with numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs; full stack software development experience, including Java, Javascript, REACT, Node, MongoDB (Object-oriented databases) and open source technologies; DevOps and Infrastructure Management; workflow automation tools; micro-services architecture and system design; working with and leading developers as part of a global development function spanning multiple geographic timezones; and communicating across all levels of seniority from the team level to C-level executives. Must have a track record of continued and recent education, such as training, conferences, or user groups in Scrum and Agile. Travel required 10% of the time. All travel will be reimbursed by Goldman Sachs.
