Design, Develop, Implement and Support softwareproduct and services of Wholesale Loan Credit and Analytics portfolioapplications. Work as Lead Developer and contributor in the strategicarchitecture design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancementsof software applications using service oriented, multi-threaded andmulti-tiered, distributed computing architecture. Develop enterprise softwareapplications using Java, Tomcat, Weblogic, Python, Hadoop, Scripting, Oracle,BI tools including Tableau and Qlik and also open source products (Spring boot,Hibernate, Anaconda, PyCharm etc) as per the requirements in Linux and Windowsenvironments. Work with business users and tech partners to reviewrequirements, architecture and design and ensure quality parameters using firmstandard tools and methodologies. Responsible for Client interaction andexpectation management with regard to projects and work. Work with projectmanagers to develop roadmap schedules and delivery plans. Provide statusupdates to management and stakeholders. Develop and implement risk mitigationstrategies as applicable using firm standards. Use Agile/Scrum developmentmethodologies, participate in the product owner's prioritization call, reviewproduct backlog, backlog grooming, team's velocity and customer deliverablesand deadlines. Work with Wholesale loan business users to define data models,aggregate and analyze data using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableauand Qlik. Advocate best engineering practices and tools for effective use ofbest practices and processes. Responsible for successful project delivery.Handle complicated engineering issues, ensure the design, code and overallsolution is of top-notch quality. Responsible for end to end delivery ofsoftware requirements. Implement non-functional, DevOps software and controlprocesses to improve efficiency, code quality, performance and reliability. Usesoftware Development methodologies including Agile, Lean and Test Drivenapproach. Apply database and data analytics skills to review Quantitative modeloutput for quality and develop dashboards to explain it to business users. Thisposition does not supervise employees.

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.

Minimum experience required: 7 years of experience in application development architecture, and financial data modeling and analysis, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience designing, developing and architecting software applications in the finance domain using enterprise level platforms including Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate; experience with Oracle, SQL server, Sybase; Experience with big data technologies including Python and Spark; experience with Tomcat; experience with JBPM; experience with Hadoop. Working experience performing financial data analysis using SQL, Clojure, or Python. Working experience performing software development with best SDLC practices using Agile methodology.
