As a Solution Engineering Summer Scholar
,you will have opportunities to make an impact on a broad range oftransformative projects for our clients. You will support the delivery ofvarious types of client deliverables that range from information managementsolutions and implementations of large-scale technology platforms to supportingthe development of advisory materials for technical architecture and IToperating models. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence tofind your niche and begin building your individual brand. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skillswith the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

A SolutionEngineering Summer Scholar
supports design, implementation, and operation of 'heart of thebusiness' systems in order to enhance clients' technology capabilities anddeliver on enterprise objectives. The Consultant continually develops newskills while assisting clients in building optimized solutions across theorganization. We look for a problem solver who's excited to work withdisruptive technologies and has the right blend of practicality and ingenuityto make the most of those technologies. While not limited to these roles, thisperson may wish to grow to become a technical architect, integration expert,data architect or seasoned developer. The Team

How You'll Grow
- Bachelor's degree in process (with expected graduation no later than August 2021) or completed in these or related areas of study:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
- Availability to participate in the Summer Scholar Program full-time for 10-weeks from June to August 2020
- Ability to travel 80-100%
Throughout the course of the internship program, you'llreceive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our Summer Scholartraining program provides a view both into the technical skills as well ascritical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets required to make themost of your internship. The program includes a variety of team-based, hands-onexercises and activities.
