The Role: Director of Salesforce, Global Product Ownership

The Location: New York, New York

What's In It For You: In this role, you will work with business partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment on commercial strategy, projects and initiatives for Salesforce.com and other Commercial Tools by writing business cases, establishing standards and driving platform efficiency and usability across all workflows.

The Impact: Do you have an interest to help our internal clients overcome their business challenges? In this role, your success will be contingent upon your ability to successfully lead the design, roadmap and execution of our Salesforce capabilities. This includes the platform and tools that integrate with all aspects of the customer 360 experience. You will be directing and coordinating the product management activities and ensuring that projects are created that support the entire Salesforce roadmap.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the product development and management process to identify the right toolsets for the Salesforce.com platform to align with overall strategy
  • Develops relationships with internal customers including Division level Product Owners, business heads or C-Suite executives with the goal of cultivating continued visibility of our platform as well as identifying new projects based on their needs or developing trends in the technology space.
  • Leads project teams passionate about developing the Salesforce platform. Consults with leadership to set platform strategy and create platform roadmaps.
  • Research and analyzing strategically relevant platform opportunities and make recommendations on new technologies.
  • You will need broad knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, comprehensive technology expertise and deep specialized knowledge of our businesses and products.
  • Identifies and resolves complex problems in platform usage to improve overall internal customer experience and standardize across the enterprise. Solves problems using in-depth industry knowledge.


What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Technology, business or related discipline required.
  • Salesforce platform experience of 8+ years


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or Cloud Based Infrastructure product platforms and product ownership. Related management consulting or business development experience.
