Key Responsibilities / Role:

  • Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Evaluate evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
  • Work with developers across multiple global regions to translate business requirements into technically feasible and efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with Application Managers to ensure project deliverables are understood, remain on track, and aligned with business goals
  • Maintain program tracking boards to ensure effective, on-going communications across all teams and stakeholders
  • Effectively multi-task and prioritize numerous ongoing projects concurrently
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • At least 7+ years' experience in project management, using a structured methodology to successfully manage, track, plan, monitor and report for multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience working with front-end trade capture systems and familiarity with different types of controls
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Agile Project Management
  • Experience with effective scope management and stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding and practicable experience in Rates products
  • Proficient at writing and delivering business requirement documents and presentations


  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with tremendous attention to detail
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
  • Good team working skills and ability to work in a distributed global team environment
  • Ability to work on a fast-pace environment

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
