Job Description
The Account Services Product organization is responsible for developing a global digital product strategy for Bank Accounts and leads various functional areas to support the opening, ongoing maintenance and mandate management of the Bank Accounts for Citi's institutional clients. The strategy includes the simplification of documentation globally, while moving to digital platforms for data capture, presentment and storage.

The objective of the position is to drive consistency in product development, product delivery and drive digitization of Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS') client onboarding and maintenance processes with cross-functional partners. The person will be responsible for driving the design and development of products & capabilities to advance the overall digitization efforts and improve client experience.

The candidate will manage Product Development for Account Services electronic signatures capabilities within our Citi direct BE Online portal as well downstream to our signer Database to ensure we are driving a global model.
They will also drive the country adoption of electronic submission of documents (eSubmit) functionality to support acceptance of Account opening and maintenance documentation online.

Global Account Services covers the sets of processes that result in the opening/maintenance of an account and the execution of the bank mandates. Our primary objective is to positively impact the client experience and provide global consistency in all aspects of opening, closing, and maintaining cash accounts. This is being achieved by providing consistent client centric solutions and best in class onboarding experience. The strategy is being executed through aligning functions across geographies, streamlining documentation requirements, and developing technologies that will transform Citi's Account Services.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a challenging role in the Account Services space to drive the overall digital strategy and digital transformation via Product Development. The VP will work with multiple functions to drive the design and development of new functionality which will digitalize the client onboarding experience. The candidate will manage the end-to-end strategy including Communication, and Operating & Service Model strategies with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
•Drive the adoption of eSubmit functionality globally.
•Manage the global release of eSigner functionality
•Work with FinTech companies to develop future technology solutions, which support Digital on boarding journey for clients.
•Develop cross-functional, global project plans
•Communicate to stakeholders throughout the organization regarding project status, hurdles and milestones
•Work with global and regional product, operations, implementation, legal, compliance and technology partners to deliver the strategy
•Ensure there are robust governance processes in place
•Manage project issues and drive resolution
•Develop training and communication plans to ensure platform success
•Travel Required up to 10%
•Note: this role will be supporting multiple time zones and will need to be flexible as such.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
•3+ years of Product Development Experience.
