The Account Services Product organization is responsible for developing a global digital product strategy for Bank Accounts and leads various functional areas to support the opening, ongoing maintenance and mandate management of the Bank Accounts for Citi's institutional clients. The strategy includes the simplification of documentation globally, while moving to digital platforms for data capture, presentment and storage.

The objective of the position is to drive the digital transformation from the world of paper-based forms into the digital world of data capture. The person will be responsible for developing the digital strategy, identifying the platform, and executing the transformation to improve the client experience.

Global Account Services covers the sets of processes that result in the opening and maintenance of an account. Our primary objective of this digital transformation is to positively affect the client experience and provide global consistency in all aspects of opening, closing, and maintaining cash accounts.

This candidate will work with partners to identify the complete data set required at the time of onboarding and account updates, ensure that we present to the client only the data elements which we do not already hold thereby showing the client that we know them, while asking for the minimal set of data required to meet the request.

The role will require a strong partnership with technology to identify the platform that will support our current and future strategy. With upstream and downstream platform integrations, the candidate will need to build strong relationships with cross-functional global teams including product, operations, implementation, legal and compliance to ensure we are delivering a digitally consistent experience for clients while meeting regulatory requirements.

The candidate will need to be acutely aware of the growing data privacy requirements globally, building a tool that allows for obfuscation and exposure/access to only those resources who require access due to their specific job requirements.

The candidate will be involved in defining the investment requirements for the platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a challenging and multifaceted role in Account Services to drive the overall digital disruption in the documentation journey bringing a best in class experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop the transformation strategy to move from paper forms to digital data capture
• Develop cross-functional, global project plans
• Communicate to stakeholders throughout the organization regarding project status, hurdles and milestones
• Work with global and regional product, operations, and implementation, legal, compliance and technology partners to deliver the strategy
• Ensure there are robust governance processes in place
• Manage project issues and drive resolution
• Develop training and communication plans to ensure platform success
• Travel Required up to 10%
• Note: this role will be supporting multiple time zones and will need to be flexible as such.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
• 5+ years of Product Development Experience
• 5+years of Product Management Experience
• FinTech experience and adoption of new technologies
