Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is a global organization focused on providing industry leading infrastructure products for JPMorgan Chase businesses and employees. GTI's population is distributed across 17 global hubs, as well as secondary locations. The role of GTI Space Planning Lead is to manage the GTI space allocations across the real estate portfolio.

As an experienced Technology Operations professional, your vision and initiative will drive the development of a world-class technology strategy. Leading a high performing team of creative problem solvers, you'll spearhead tactical changes that enhance processes and productivity across the firm, overseeing the optimization of existing technology solutions while developing new capabilities. Using industry best practices, you'll assess management teams and identify new business opportunities, while ensuring that information controls, plus back-up and recovery strategies, are in place across all environments. Your feedback will foster the ongoing skill development and capabilities of top performers to optimize outcomes. In addition to facilitating collaboration across teams internally, you'll also cultivate meaningful relationships with our global clients and business partners to deliver on strategic priorities.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively explain information and metrics.
  • Executive presence and ability to liaise with senior managers.
  • Experience in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
  • Analytical ability to organize and visualize data.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and presenting information to senior audiences.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to work independently. Ability to handle change and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, methods, visualization, and processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience, with emphasis on reporting, budgeting, metrics and operational support.
  • College degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in client management.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, business analytics tools. Tableau or other data visualization tools a plus.
