Treasury Services is aleading provider of core cash management services. As we continue to expand our receivablesproduct offerings, we have identified the need to provide more dedicatedindustry and solution support for large, strategic sales opportunities within CB,along with focused attention for proof of concepts and new product solutionslaunched across the firm.

This individual willwork with CB Sales in the support of strategic sales and product initiatives,as well as directly support sales efforts as needed to advance the objectivesof CB Product. This includes, but is not limited to, providing sales support for strategic complex receivablesopportunities across the firm. As new solutions are piloted or launched, this individualwill be responsible for supporting and monitoring early adopters, providingfeedback, and assisting with training and messaging as needed to support thenew solutions and expanded markets.

As necessary and as indicated through strategic growthinitiatives, this position will develop a strong knowledge of the industriesthey support. The PSS position will serveas knowledgeable subject matter experts and contribute in meaningful ways tothe growth of J.P. Morgan's receivables business.

  • Support CB sales efforts through consultative and collaborative partnership with the CB sales team, CB Product and engagement with C-suite client contacts
  • Support CB opportunities through strategic engagement to advance sales
  • Create presentation decks, provide RFP content, develop compelling business case / value proposition for consideration by decision makers
  • Help train our CB Sales Officers and SAs on our Receivables Solution Set.
  • Attend sales conferences to continue industry education, engage with clients, and identify prospects
  • Serve as subject matter expert and thought leader in receivables markets supported, deliver speaking engagements, or engage in other marketing efforts to further support product initiatives
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of each industry/market supported including trends and impacts of legislation.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of competitive products, services and pricing models to assist in positioning JPM most positively in market as well as providing relevant competitive intelligence to JPM product management

  • 3 years of Treasury/Cash Management or product management/development experiencewith some direct Sales experience preferred
  • Excellentpresentation skills
  • Strong technical expertise including creation and execution ofclient solutions and power point presentations
  • Solid understanding ofthe payments industry
  • Strong product andclient management experience
  • Work well withcross-functional partners and in a matrix environment
  • Strong organizationalskills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives/projects/work streamssimultaneously
  • Laser focus inunderstanding and articulating customer needs and turning needs into actionablesolutions
  • 30-40% travel required .
