Investment Reporting Analyst, PGIM Real Estate Finance, Dallas TX

Prudential Asset Resources, adivision of PGIM Real Estate Finance, has an opportunity within the InvestmentOperations division at their Dallas location.  

The position will incorporate both accountingand investor reporting functions with tremendous growth opportunities for ahighly detail oriented and organized individual. We also look forward to expanding our team foran associate with a passion for optimizing processes to achieve efficiencies.

As an Investment Reporting Analyst,you will perform a variety of investment support functions, includingaccounting, financial reporting, and analysis.  You will work with multiple asset classes,such as equity, fixed income, and asset backed securities in both foreign andUSD currencies.

Working in Investment Operationswill provide you exposure to many areas of Prudential including the PGIMbusiness divisions, Treasury, Finance, Trade Management, Tax, and Legal.  

Working closely with these teams, you willsupport the monthly and quarterly close process as well as new PGIM initiatives. 

In Investment Operations you willreceive excellent on the job training and are hands on from day one.  You will be challenged every single day andwork with talented peers in a high paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities mayinclude:
  • Facilitate the receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation ofborrower funds during a loan's prefunding period.
  • Prepare daily and periodic investment reports, including but notlimited to valuations, investor remittances files and other financialstatements while coordinating with both internal and external parties relatedto reporting.

  • Review account reconciliations, investor files and wire transfersfor accuracy.

  • Interpreting servicing agreements, regulations, standard operatingprocedures and loan documents to ensure accounting and reporting requirementsare being met.  Prepareapplicable journal entries based on reconciliations.

  • Participate in new investor meetings and be involved withcreating/outlining project plans.

  • Assist in identifying efficiencies, including process automationof reporting and data feeds, writing project plans and taking the lead inexecution of the plans.

  • Assist with audits.

  • Bachelorsdegree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Business-related concentrationpreferred.
  • Publicaccounting firm experience/CPA/MBA a plus

  • 3+ years ofrelated experience in financial reporting and analysis.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel).
  • Experience of SQL is a plus.

This job is exempt and therefore not eligiblefor overtime.
