KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in Financial Services Risk & Compliance Risk for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Operational and Enterprise Risk Management efforts for FS clients
  • Drive business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, scoping prospective engagements, developing proposals and growing current accounts
  • Provide outcome-based solutions for our clients to help them improve their day-to-day operations
  • Provide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staff
  • Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level executives.

Qualifications:

  • Thirteen plus years of consulting experience, or a combination of consulting and industry experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Track record of success in expanding business relationships and establishing new clients in the risk space
  • Demonstrated leadership and oversight in delivering large, complex engagements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
