Madison Pearl have been mandated by a global investment firm who are looking to hire a Head of Legal Advisory, the ideal candidate would have 10-15 years of transactional experience and be knowledgeable of the Abu Dhabi legal ecosystem. Candidates would have started their career in private practice and then transitioned to an in house role advising on global transactions with the capital originating from the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all legal aspects of the company.
Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Reporting on legal activities, risks and litigation
Negotiate and draft contracts on behalf of the company.
Provide legal advice and guidance to company management on a variety of issues.

Key Requirements:

10 – 15 years of experience working as an in house lawyer advising on M&A matters, SPV’s, term sheets etc.
A law degree from an accredited institution.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law and UAE law.
Fluency in Arabic & English
International merger and acquisition experience.
