About our client

Our client is an international investment firm looking to expand its already high-calibre public markets investment team in the Middle East.

This role sits within their public credit investment ream where you will focus on long/short and relative value credit investments in developed markets. What the job involves

• Assisting Portfolio Manager with the credit portfolio and fixed income investments
• Bottom-up fundamental research including the building of financial and valuation models
• Developing Long/Short and relative value credit investment ideas
• Construction, monitoring and ongoing evaluation and analysis of portfolio investments, including P&L analysis and risk management

Who we are looking for

• Experience formulating and defending independent credit investment rationale and ideas
• Experience covering developed markets
• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong relationship management skills and problem solving competencies
