About our client
Our client is a prestigious sovereign wealth fund based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in venture capital transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Associate / Associate to join their growing and highly successful team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct venture capital investments, from seed to pre-IPO stage, across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Developing and analysing financial models for all potential investments, from seed to pre-IPO stage
• Assisting with all due diligence workstreams
• Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts and management teams

Who we are looking for

• Experience of working in an M&A or leveraged finance team at a world renown investment bank and/or venture capital investments experience at a venture capital fund or other asset manager
• Excellent excel financial modelling skills
• Strong business acumen and critical analysis skills
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
