About our client

Our client is a prestigious, growing, global investment firm, based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Enterprise Risk Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a globally renowned firm. What the job involves

• Assessment of risk associated with potential deals made by the investment team: environmental, climate, liquidity, geopolitical etc
• Due diligence and liaising with internal and external teams to present risk analysis to the investment team
• Perform deep-dive risk analysis on sensitive investments and during crisis situations that warrant additional risk analysis
• Collaborate with all relevant investment teams to balance both risk oversight and advisory
• Take responsibility for reviewing due diligence reports, financial model assumptions & investment memos for various investment transactions

Who we are looking for

• Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm or the Big 4 / another advisory firm, or a venture capital / private equity firm
• You should have a degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Statistics, Finance or a related field
• Masters and/or CFA is preferred
• Experience of reviewing due diligence reports, financial model assumptions & investment memos for various investment transactions
• Preferred systems knowledge includes Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Power BI / Tableau, Prequin, Pitchbook etc
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Abu Dhabi full time
