About our client

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join the portfolio management team covering the real estate investments of a leading global sovereign wealth fund. This growing team manages all international real estate investments made by the firm. The role is based full-time in Abu Dhabi. What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the asset management of all real estate investments executed by the firm
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all operational and financial performance of the assets
• Working with the value creation team to develop and deliver the expected returns of such investments
• Represent the firm to the market, to partners and to all relevant stakeholders and relevant authorities

Who we are looking for

• This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced professional at a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity firm or specialist real asset advisory firm
• Experience in financial modelling and analysis, valuation and asset management
• Ability to analyse complex data and present, consider and recommend solutions to all relevant stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Power Bi or SQL is advantageous
• You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
• High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
