About our client

Our client is a growing international investment firm looking to expand its food and agriculture-focused private equity investment team based in Abu Dhabi. You will be joining a fast-growing, fast-moving investment team with a global remit. The team is well-funded and has an entrepreneurial culture. What the job involves

• Play an integral role in the origination, evaluation and execution of direct investment opportunities in food and agriculture private equity
• Assist with the origination of new investments
• Support across all aspects of the transaction process from initial due diligence to portfolio monitoring
• Take significant responsibility in the preparation of materials including detailed committee papers
• Attend advisory board meetings and AGMs

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic track record from leading institutions
• Demonstrable experience in investment banking, from the M&A or leveraged finance teams, and/or private equity investment experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Confident and articulate communicator both written and verbally
