Leading bank in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join them and develop the Abu Dhabi Wholesale Banking portfolio.
Essential to the role is a solid Credit background and an ability to understand and analyse financial statements & balance sheets to shape credit applications.
Originator / new to bank business mentality with the exposure of high calibre transactions under your belt across a broad spectrum of clients.
In summary:
- Abu Dhabi exposure of a large corporate (not commercial/retail) portfolio and to build up, manage & maintain these large corporate clients.
- Ensure risk is managed whilst optimizing returns through cross-selling & the cultivation of bank relationships.
- Working towards an overall bank strategy you should identify, solicit & acquire clients to meet targets.
- Negotiate appropriate credit lines, prepare detailed credit proposals and execute transactions.
You:
- Significant Institutional Banking exposure large Corporates in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain across multiple sectors.
- Wholesale Banking Coverage in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong credit background.
- 'Hunter' mentality & approach to the role to develop a strong Large Corporate client portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
