AVP - New Energies & Natural Resources

A reputed multinational bank in UAE is looking to appoint an AVP in the Coverage Team to support the Executive Director, for Origination and Execution of Oil & Gas transactions in the region, with the following responsibilities:

- Financial modelling

- Advisory execution

- Preparing pitches and marketing presentations

- Assessment of oil and gas entities in the Middle East

- Concise and insightful written reports need to be prepared to tight deadlines and submitted to the sanctioning department

- Interpretation and analysis of financial accounts, both historic and projected

- Close liaison with syndications and credit department staff

- Liaison with Credit Control, Loans Administration and Legal Department in connection with facility control, administration, booking and documentation and appreciation of these disciplines

- Attendance at borrower bank presentations financial results presentations and other market-related information functions relevant to the position

- Oil and gas sector research and analysis

- Financial markets sector research and analysis

- Country risk assessment
