Role Responsibilities
  • P&L Management for Cards Business and ensuring revenue budgeted numbers are being met as per the corporate plan
  • Ensuring optimal Loss Adjusted Returns and positive EVA outcomes for CCPL Business
  • End to end management of Acquisition Sales Channel
  • Lead Credit Card Product Development Projects
  • Relationship management with Scheme Partners
  • Be the product champion to drive project launch in agile approach, drive the team to work out user stories with various stakeholders, clear project regulatory clearance, manage project delivery to launch within target timeline.
  • Work with the digital team to build a good digital UIUX for cards on-boarding services
  • Work out marketing plan to drive cards spends , balance sheet and ENR to establish market presence.
  • Work with Segment & Marketing team to Launch new spends campaigns to meet the acquisition / Portfolio Target
  • Responsible for driving insights from competitive analysis on cars products, campaign offers & pricing.
  • Ensure Risk and Controls are well documents and well implemented within the Cards Team Functions, with process manuals UpToDate and effective
  • Work closely with business analytics team to target high propensity customers for better results and returns
  • Work closely with CRM , Credit Policy and Collection team to deliver various credit related initiatives and optimize Loss rate and delinquency levels
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders including credit risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and service functions to enable the smooth roll out of card campaigns.
  • Management of key concerns and any service-related issues to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor Monthly business performance against set KPIs
  • Partnership management and campaign fulfilment
  • Product margin, performance, BS, income analysis and issue identification


Our Ideal Candidate
  • More than 10 years of experience in banking with at least 4 years in similar roles.
