We are seeking a conscientious legal counsel, who is a qualified lawyer with experience from practice or a high-growth corporate within the UAE. The role is based in the UAE.

• Active across commercial contracts, arbitration and litigation
• Oversee administrative aspects including registration, licensing and neutralization requirements
• Conduct research on relevant legal issues, local laws and related government regulations to facilitate the business's operations
• Represent the team and the company to the highest standard
• Able to represent the company's legal interests in an assertive, constructive way
• Play a role in supporting M&A transactions
• Able to drive growth initiatives from a legal perspective in concert with the business and the board
• Able to provide support on specific projects, and help manage external counsel as required
• Approachable, with a friendly but resilient style

Who we are looking for

• A qualified lawyer with experience from law firms or equivalent in-house
• Experience from within fast growth companies
• Go-getting, with a can-do attitude
• Experience from the UAE
• Arabic language is not a requirement
