Madison Pearl have been mandated to work exclusively on a mandate with one of the most prestigious global investors who are looking build up their Direct Investment team by adding a Managing Director focused on the industrials sector. The ideal candidate would be working within either the sector specialist team of a bulge bracket investment bank OR within a leading boutique with significant focus on the industrial sector and its subsectors. This role would suit a senior candidate who is able to work across multiple subsectors and geographies across Industrials and add value to an already established team.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution of M&A Industrial deals across entire subsectors
Origination of M&A Industrial deals across subsectors and global regions
Support the team in market research and due diligence
Adaptability to work across several subsectors within Industrials (ex: Automotive, Manufacturing, Chemicals etc..)
Support & train junior team members

Key Requirements:

17-22 years of experience with a bulge bracket Investment Bank focused on Industrials
Bachelor’s & master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or other related fields from top-tier institution
Exposure to global markets
Established network within industrials space
Proven track record of successful transactions
