On behalf of our client, a well-established wealth management firm in DIFC, we are looking for an Office Manager for their growing team in Dubai.
In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• DIFC office management, relationship management with all the third party providers • Overseeing the facilities management and all front of house functions • Responsible for all equipment control, key control, document control • Support with event planning and management • Actively supporting the overall business • Handling the correspondence, telephone calls and assistance to a team of private bankers when required
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
• 3-5 years of previous experience in office management in DIFC • Strong communication and attention to details, ability to work under pressure • Based in Dubai, French or Italian or another European language will be a plus • Previous experience in financial services will be an advantage
