Selby Jennings are working on behalf of a leading Compliance SaaS vendor looking for a Regional Sales director to head up the Middle Eastern region for their Compliance SaaS platform. This role is to build out the market, with a few accounts already landed, you will be the first salesperson on the ground in Dubai and will own the territory.

YOUR ROLE

  • Drive new business growth throughout the UAE, cold calling and prospecting new clients.
  • Meet assigned annual sales quotas consistently.
  • Building out the market with pure new logos from scratch.
  • Drive growth and share of wallet in selected existing clients, consistently maximizing existing revenue streams.
  • Initiate and drive the sales cycle from first contact through to closing out deals - leveraging internal expertise where required
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently.
  • Be an expert in the technology, being able to consult clients in all aspects of the offering
  • "Own" the territory internally, communicate market needs and development back to the sales team in order to align product development roadmap

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years experience in strategic sales or business development in enterprise SaaS solution
  • Additional experience valued: Risk/RegTech/GRC SaaS sales to financial services and C suite level.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting annual sales quotas and lead generation
