Senior Associate or VP Corporate Finance

On behalf of our client, an international bank based in DIFC, we are looking for a Senior Associate or VP Corporate Finance to join their team in Dubai.

You will be involved in a full cycle of transaction and get to work with the top industry professionals. You will be mainly working on M&A and ECM mandates focusing on EMEA region.

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

• Previous experience in M&A & Equity Capital Markets in a well reputed Financial Institution (investment bank, well-established boutique)
• Solid transaction experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• previous exposure to MENA region is an advantage, but not a must

* Only candidates based in GCC with previous experience in Investment Banking will be considered for this role.
