Our client is a fast-growing, renewable energy private equity team based in Dubai. They are a leading impact investing fund in the UAE. Dedicated to the acquisition, development, and overall investment management of renewable energy assets in emerging markets. They are looking for a senior investment professional to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in UAE.

• Lead business development initiatives, helping the group further expand its presence across renewables
• Capitalize on a strong global network and market knowledge to cultivate new clients
• Identify, negotiate, structure and execute renewable transactions
• Motivate and manage a team of subordinates to ensure a quality transaction process, from initial identification of opportunities through to due diligence, negotiations and execution

Who we are looking for

• Ample years of M&A and renewable energy investing experience
• A rain maker, someone with proven business development experience and well connected internationally
• Superior analytical, negotiating and deal execution experience, one who can originate and steer transactions to a successful fruition
• Some experience of investing in emerging markets is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Arabic or Turkish would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite
